How FieldRivva works
We handle the technical work. Your team gets to work.
From the first site conversation to equipment removal, FieldRivva delivers temporary connectivity and security as one managed monthly service.

Project delivery
One field team, from site scope to closeout.
We coordinate the field work, keep the project contact informed, and hand your team a system that is ready to use — without adding IT work to the jobsite.

- 01
Scope the site and timeline
You tell us where the project is, when the crew needs service, the site footprint, and whether you need Wi-Fi, cameras, Starlink, or a secure temporary office network.
What you get
A practical service plan and monthly quote.
- 02
Schedule the field work
Once approved, we coordinate the delivery window, site access, power, mounting locations, and safety requirements with your project contact.
What you get
A confirmed installation window that fits the job schedule.
- 03
Deliver, install, and test
Our engineer brings the equipment, installs it for the site conditions, tests coverage, and verifies camera views or network access before handover.
What you get
A field-ready installation with no equipment purchase or configuration for your team.
- 04
Hand over access to the team
Your authorized team receives Wi-Fi credentials, remote-viewing access where applicable, and a clear point of contact for changes or support.
What you get
Your crew can work immediately with the access they need.
- 05
Manage, adapt, and close out
We support the service monthly, help adjust coverage or equipment as the job changes, and coordinate removal at project closeout.
What you get
One accountable managed-service partner from mobilization through removal.

A useful starting point is the project location, go-live date, duration, expected users and devices, site footprint, camera requirements, available power, and the primary project contact.

FieldRivva coordinates the technical field work with the designated project contact. The customer provides safe access, practical power and mounting information, and any required site-safety or access procedures.

The authorized project team receives the agreed Wi-Fi credentials, remote-viewing access where applicable, and a clear point of contact for changes or support.

Is UPS backup included?+
UPS and battery backup are included with the Premium plan and can also be added to other managed services when the site needs short-outage protection. We scope the backup around the selected service, critical equipment, and expected power conditions before installation.
