Remote Events FAQs
How does FieldRivva support remote events?+
Keep registration, payments, live operations, and security connected with temporary LTE, 5G, or Starlink internet built around your event footprint. We provide one accountable field team for installation, access handover, managed support, changes during the project, and removal at closeout.
How quickly can a site be ready?+
Timing depends on the location, service scope, safe site access, available power, carrier or satellite conditions, and the planned installation window. After a site conversation, we confirm a practical deployment plan.
Can connectivity, Wi-Fi, and cameras be managed together?+
Yes. FieldRivva can combine temporary internet, managed Wi-Fi, cameras, cloud recording, and secure infrastructure into one coordinated deployment when the site needs more than a single connection.
What happens during a power outage?+
UPS and battery backup are included with the Premium plan and can also be added to other managed services when the site needs short-outage protection. We scope the backup around the selected service, critical equipment, and expected power conditions before installation.
Do we need to buy equipment?+
No. FieldRivva provides the selected equipment as a managed monthly rental. We deliver, install, configure, support, and remove it when the work is complete.
Where does FieldRivva operate?+
FieldRivva supports projects across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver, Broomfield, Boulder, and surrounding areas. Availability for a specific site is confirmed during scoping.
